Hey y'all!
I am a Kindergarten teacher and I absolutely love teaching Kindergarten. It is my mission to instill a love of learning in my Kinders. My goal each day is to teach with a passion so that my Kinders develop a desire to become life long learners. I've been teaching for 13 years. I graduated from Mercer University with a BS degree in Early Childhood Education. I've taught multi-age preschool, first grade, second grade, and kindergarten. I have lived in the South Bend area for six years. I was born and raised in Georgia. I am a Georgia Bulldog fan and a Notre Dame fan. I am married and my wonderful husband is Allen. We have fun watching the games together. Go Dawgs and Go Irish!! I love unsweetened tea, flowers, shopping, anything with my initials on it, silver jewelry, ladybugs, college football, hot tamales candy, watching my kiddos in marching band, volunteering at their high school, my 3 great kids (ages 16, 17, and 22), my sweet hubby, and being a teacher! I'm so excited about the new school year and the memories that we will make in Kindergarten this year. Please let me know if you have questions or concerns.
